I believe there are 20 numbers in our universe today for which scientists have no explanations for why they have their specific values. A few examples of these numbers are the strength of gravity, mass of subatomic particles, and the strength of electromagnetic fields. The theory of the Multiverse relates to these numbers by hypothesizing that the other universes and the shapes of other dimensions are the variables that determine our 20 values in our universe. It is a strange theory, but physicist Brian Greene does a very good job explaining it, as well as how string theory ties in to all of this.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtdE662eY_MAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11866862961845270761noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9163501679982013672.post-50515101162431278372014-04-08T13:21:53.041+10:002014-04-08T13:21:53.041+10:00Many people are attracted to the Multiverse concep...Many people are attracted to the Multiverse concept because it sounds exciting and to the extent that it may be predicted by scientific theory we must be open to accept it as a possiblity. However, so far we have only discovered one Universe and we are still busy exploring and understanding that.

I look forward to your next article on this, Geraint.Ggreybeardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14936927497649860045noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9163501679982013672.post-72735317042162940422014-04-07T04:02:32.851+10:002014-04-07T04:02:32.851+10:00Multiverse has already been confirmed mathematical...Multiverse has already been confirmed mathematically-multiphysically (by disregarding units of the constant of proportionality G that have no multiversal meaning since Newton attached them to G anyway only to close his own (our universe's) physics mathematically). This results in expressing G (and thus gravity too) via speed of light c, at both quantum and mechanist scales to the NIST prescribed accuracy - all w/o resorting to our universe's physical units, meaning Type II Multiverse is real.

So BICEP2 is first proof of Linde's (chaotic) inflation (not Guth's), and an independent verification of first Multiverse proof given in "Hyperresonance Unifying Theory and the resulting Law" http://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/hal-00808674 and http://lanl.arxiv.org/abs/physics/0608026

More: "As Big Bang gets downgraded to a bang in a snap, the first scientific proof of the Multiverse claimed": http://www.mynewsdesk.com/ba/pressreleases/as-big-bang-gets-downgraded-to-a-bang-the-first-scientific-proof-of-the-multiverse-claimed-975493

CheersMensur Omerbashich Ph.D.https://www.blogger.com/profile/17674881958330650229noreply@blogger.com
